Kelson Concrete Pumping

The Brief:

Serve cocktails, local craft beer on tap and non-alcoholic beverages to show appreciation for their staff and customers.

The Event:

Tamp & Muddle Co. rolled up with Ivy Pearl Bar Trailer, ready to serve cocktails and Old Yale craft beer on tap. We collaborated with Jenn & Tonic Bartending for bar service who served the signature cocktail: The Shaft.

Guests showed up after their work day for a cold beverage and a light meal from Helms Mobile Kitchen Food Truck provided by the host.

At Tamp & Muddle Co., we love a good reason to celebrate. This time, we had the pleasure of joining hands with a local concrete pumping company in Chilliwack, BC, for a memorable customer appreciation party. As the chosen beverage caterer, we had a blast helping them honor their hardworking team and valued clients.

Why a Customer Appreciation Party?

Customer appreciation parties are about more than just raising a glass; they're an opportunity to connect, say thank you, and celebrate the partnerships that fuel a business. Our client, a prominent concrete pumping company, understood the importance of showing gratitude to the people who have made their success possible.

Crafting the Perfect Venue

The event took place at their home base outdoor location, where the rugged beauty of the concrete industry met the charm of Chilliwack's landscape. Our mobile bar trailer was accompanied with Helms Mobile Kitchen Food Truck, amongst Kelson’s Concrete Trucks.

Innovative Drink Selections

As the beverage caterer, we take pride in our ability to create cocktails that both refresh and impress. For this occasion, we partnered with Jenn & Tonic Bartending who curated a unique drink menu that catered to all tastes. From a signature cold brew coffee concoction to craft cocktails that wowed even the most discerning palate, we ensured that every sip was a delight. This was also our first event featuring Old Yale Brewing ON TAP. We are stoked to offer on tap options for you, featuring local BC craft breweries and cideries.

What Sets Us Apart?

We're not just bartenders; we're experience curators. Our emphasis on clear and consistent communication ensured that every aspect of the party was in sync. We partnered with local bartending experts, guaranteeing top-notch service. As we believe, details matter. We left no stone unturned to make this customer appreciation party unforgettable.

Looking Ahead

We're grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this special day and to have contributed to the company's gesture of appreciation. As we continue to pour our hearts into crafting unique and memorable experiences, we're excited to bring more joy to corporate gatherings across Chilliwack and beyond.

Engaged Couples: How to Choose an Amazing Team of Vendors

So you’ve been recently engaged. CONGRATS!!! This is such an exciting time in your relationship, so soak it alllll up!

The wedding date, location, bridal party, guest list, flowers, THE DRESS, cocktails, dinner menu, invitations, the list goes on. So many details, so many things to plan, so many things to get excited about! I’ll be the first to tell you though… it can be a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions over the next few months.

So, here’s your first piece of advice:

This is YOUR day with your significant other. It’s not your parents, it’s not your friends, it’s YOURS.

While considering advice from the experience of others is beneficial, stick to your gut and plan it how you want your day to go.

For brides, we usually dream about this day from the time we are little girls. But when it comes to being an adult and when the actual time has come, there’s a lot of ideas and trends that can play tricks on us and planning a wedding can be a little overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be!

The best way to choose an amazing team of vendors is through word of mouth.

Whether your are a DIY bride or you want to hire a Wedding Planner, there are a lot of details that need to be hashed out. Since we LOVE details and want to help you worry less about the nitty gritty, Tamp & Mudde Co has put together a list of Vancouver and Fraser Valley wedding vendors you should check out.

First up…since you are recently engaged, you need to check out these 5 Wedding Photographers that are rocking the engagement photo scene.

Cheers,
